Player Development.
The Union Thunder Junior Hockey ownership and staff are dedicated to a holistic player development APPROACH on and off the ice.
Players receive professional coaching with over 100 hours of practice ice, off ice training at the rink, as well as team academic/college counseling and community service requirements to further development on and off the ice. The EHL PREMIER offers a unique schedule that maximizes exposure, includes college campus visits,
provides the opportunity to play in front of EHL and Tier 2 junior scouts, as well as guidance on the college ADVANCEMENT process both academically and athletically.
